龍眼蜜採收期為每年三、四月,產地大多集中於台灣中、南部。龍眼蜜顏色較深,近深琥珀色。香味濃郁,口感滑順,而且有不易結晶之特性,因此是台灣消費者最喜愛的蜂蜜。
